Contact usIf your TV News Station, Radio Station, Newspaper, Podcast, or Digital Newsroom is already listed on RateMyStation, you can easily claim your Station's profile and gain access to your Station's account.
To claim your Station:
1. Visit your Station’s profile page.
2. Click the “Claim this Station” button.
3. Enter the email address associated with your Station account.
4. We’ll send you a password reset email.
5. Create a new password and log in to manage your Station profile.
Once you’ve successfully claimed your Station, you’ll be able to access the tools available to verified Station accounts, including responding to reviews, updating Station information, managing job postings, and accessing other Station features.
What if I don’t know which email address is linked to my Station?
If you’re unsure which email address is already connected to your Station's account, don’t worry.
Simply visit your Station’s profile page, and click the “Contact Info” button. The email address currently associated with your Station will be displayed there. Use that same email address when claiming your Station.
If you no longer have access to that email address, please contact our support team and we’ll help verify your identity and assist you with reclaiming your Station's account.
