If you submitted a review while logged into your RateMyStation Employee account, you can easily edit or delete your previous ratings at any time.

Whether you’ve changed your opinion, noticed a mistake, or simply want to update your review, RateMyStation gives you control over the ratings you’ve submitted from your account.

How to Edit Your Rating

To edit a previously submitted review:

          1. Log in to your RateMyStation Employee account.
          2. Navigate to the My Ratings section of your account.
          3. Locate the review you’d like to update.
          4. Select Edit.
          5. Make your changes and save your updated review.

Your revised review will replace the previous version after it has been submitted.

How to Delete Your Rating

If you’d like to permanently remove a review:

          1. Log in to your Employee account.
          2. Open the My Ratings page.
          3. Find the review you’d like to remove.
          4. Click Delete.
          5. Confirm that you want to permanently delete the review.

Once deleted, your review will no longer appear on RateMyStation.

I Don’t See My Review in “My Ratings”

If you cannot find your review under My Ratings, it’s possible that:

          You submitted the review before June 2025, without logging into your account.
          You’re logged into a different RateMyStation account.
          The review was removed because it violated our Community Guidelines.

Can I Change My Rating After Posting It?

Yes.

As long as the review was submitted while you were logged into your Employee account, you can update your rating, revise your comments, or delete your review whenever you choose.

We understand that workplace experiences can change over time, and we want your review to accurately reflect your experience.
