No station is perfect, but having worked for another one owned by the same company now, I no longer take for granted just how healthy the work environment was at WTVF.
News was reported factually, friendships formed organically, and creativity was encouraged. The HR team was responsive. Quarterly (anonymous) employer satisfaction surveys were as normalized as employee check-ins, and management would hold meetings to discuss their plans regarding areas for their own improvement.
