It really depends on the day here. Management has no backbone and let’s people get away with pretty much anything. You’ll get taken advantage of if you’re new here and have to work all the time for others and probably not get paid for it. A few egos in the newsroom as well that can be toxic as time. Personal political options are outspoken which causes issues and negative energy between people and ultimately becomes everyone else’s problem as well.

No room for growth. News director would rather anchor then give other reporters an opportunity.
Horrible station to work for. Would not recommend to ANYONE looking to grow as a journalist.

The management is not honest with employees. There is incredible negativity from most leadership at the station.
