too much overreach daily by sinclair, ND has zero leadership skills but at least she is nice, unlike their fake EP's and nightmarish HR rep. The male EP is dismissive and I'm convinced sexist, he seems to completely ignore everything his female producers say. AM female EP is mean and vindictive, set me up to fail, made the other producers hate me by convincing them I was "letting them down" when I expressed stress and overwork from being forced to produce a two hour morning show as soon as I started while also refusing to pay me the producer's salary and dangling the contract in front of me like a stick. Lied to me about the hours and shift being flexible and created a toxic work environment between me and the other producers who formed a clique against me.
Managers are all idiots with no news judgement and let immature college grads run the station to the ground instead of giving them direction -- except of course to push SBG propaganda. Low morale and very clear division between young and old employees, employees that were hired at the same time and management who holds meetings from their office instead of actually talking to their employees face to face and treating them like people. I felt forgotten and replaceable from day one.
