She is awful. The most toxic news director there is. She used to be at the competition and had the same reputation. She has her favorites but they are the ones that gossip about everyone else with her. She is so unprofessional. She just copies off other stations even though it is the legacy station. She has not come up with a new creative idea in 20 years. She is straight up evil.
Sexual Discrimination, An Overall Toxic Work Environment
She leaves early a lot, sometimes doesn't even come into work- works remotely because she lives further away but would never allow anyone to do this. She is unprofessional and a mean girl who bad mouths everyone. She also takes credit for all good things but throws everyone under the boss when the GM is mad about something.
The only reason this station is still on top is because it has long time anchors that people love in the area. No one sticks around for long unless she lets them in her inner circle. She acts like she is back in high school every single day in the newsroom

An Overall Toxic Work Environment
Managers are horrible, especially the News Director and General Manager who play favorites. You can’t go to HR because they will retaliate. We are overworked, understaffed, underpaid, underappreciated. The anchors are divas. It’s the best station in the market… and that says a lot considering I would tell any prospective employee to run away.

An Overall Toxic Work Environment
I’ve never worked somewhere before where everyone hates the boss and openly speaks about it to everyone else. There are a lot of good employees here but management is one of the saddest examples of that word I’ve ever encountered. They say the fish rots from the head down, and this fish’s head is a rotting disappointment.
Don’t work here unless you are desperate.
