He acts like he cares but it’s facade. He has no back bone.
Racial Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, An Overall Toxic Work Environment
Manager would hit on and flirt. So many unwanted advances from coworkers. A black market where 80% of the audience is black but ALL upper management is white male. White voices in the newsroom are heard over black voices. Feels like the help. You don’t want to work for a Christian west media heavily leaning conservative republican lead company.
You will be treated differently if you are not a white male Christian.

Adam Henning
Adam is an awful manager. He doesn't know how to treat people or speak to people. He makes poor decisions when it comes to his news judgement. It's his way or the highway. He wants no input from anyone. General manager Michelle Harper lets him get away with murder. There are no checks and balances.
An Overall Toxic Work Environment
The environment is completely TOXIC!!! Everyone hates their jobs. People hate coming to work. Majority of people are underpaid, overworked and treated poorly.
