Not good. She would always leave before a newscast, wasn't around to help new reporters. If you did have a question, she would come off very rude and say she doesn't have time for you.
While working here, this person experienced
An Overall Toxic Work Environment
Management is very rude and control your stories. The assignment manger does not make calls for you and if a story falls through, its your fault. You are on an island here with no help as management leaves an hour before the newscast. The GM however is one of the best. His door is always open and will work with you.

I would highly consider working somewhere else and try to learn from good leaders.
