An Overall Toxic Work Environment
A lot of ego from some News Managers on duty whenever the News Director wasn’t in. Sometimes it often felt like high school, with a lot of immature News talent straight out of college.
Claims to be all about “community” but is really all about making profit. Employees are underpaid and are left to deal with faulty equipment/operations that the company refuses to correct. And then they wonder why people don’t stay for long.

After gaining trust you will be free to do stories you want but the station runs a lot of sponsored content mainly in the morning shows but also in the day time shows; this content runs on weekly and monthly bases. Advice, direction and overall communication are essentially nonesistant.
