Jason Pasco
Good news director but blind loyalty to his EP Zac Mooney
An Overall Toxic Work Environment
The EP has done all of the jobs but never well, or even adequate. He is a know it all, who constantly puts his foot in his mouth. Honestly if he wasn't in a position of leadership the station would run smoother. Organization is another big problem, the EP constantly changes the plan without informing the assignment desk, leaving the photographers to find out plans have changed at the last minute.
The station has a slave mentality when it comes to hours. You have the privilege of working there and over time is a bonus. They do "allow" you to take sick time, and take care of emergencies without backlash, but they always bring up how lenient they are when asking for a raise or any special circumstance. In the end, you are a worker, do your job.

Great
An Overall Toxic Work Environment
The ND was amazing, but he chose a terrible Executive Producer, Zac. He was mean, awful and was set on making everyone miserable. Multiple people quit in a matter if months because of him. He was so bad that the company sent him to Management Training in Hope's to fix his behavior, it only made it worse. Everyone else is great, you can move up quickly if you try. But if Zac doesnt like you- you will get nowhere.
