An Overall Toxic Work Environment
Very unorganized, no structure, no training, job get threatened on a regular basis from the ND and GM. They love writing people up. Too many things to list. It's a station where you get in and get out.

IF this is your ONLY way to move to Alaska... then take the opportunity... if not find another way.
