An Overall Toxic Work Environment
The News Director rarely comes to work and when she does she hides behind her computer inside her office. The ND often puts employees in uncomfortable positions of doing her job of training others and making major decisions . She often blames her behavior on being a single mom. Meanwhile, schedules employees to work nightside then morning show the following day. One employee opted to sleep at the station for three weekends instead of driving home due to safety.
