No leadership, favoritism toward friends, door closed at all times

Upper management is a toxic cesspool of imbeciles who are trying to buoy a sinking ship by throwing out idiotic ideas. Newsroom leadership includes a sorority who disappears for hours on end and spends more time gossiping and being loud and annoying than offering leadership. They are best friends with one of the anchors as well, breeding further favoritism and toxicity. Gossip everywhere, sexual harassment goes unpunished, nobody can be fired for anything, the on-air product looks terrible as a result. Multiple people have left the company in the last few years because of these toxic people and the fact nobody cares about the product.
Good people work for KGUN but the people who make the decisions are buffoons and the station will never be able to grow or do anything of worth until the GM, news director, and senior EP are gone.
