An Overall Toxic Work Environment
News stations in general are a cliquey environment but this station seems to have taken the cake and ran with it. The amount of turnover this station experiences is unlike anything I've ever seen before. I wasn't here for even a year before 5 people had left, and then this year more of the longest working employees here have left. They are completely unbothered because there is always a fresh stream of applicants ready to be abused because they don't know any better. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STEER CLEAR.
Do not trust any single one of your coworkers here. Anything you say will immediately be relayed to management in the hopes that it would advance the person who snitched. This place is not worth the ground it's built on.
