An Overall Toxic Work Environment
Beyond toxic work environment when it comes to management. Management/ HR does not have your back. They have a clear agenda (biased), they pick favorites and move people up based on that (rather than talent), and you will get sent out on live-shots most of the time (even if it is a dangerous area). We went live alone at stand offs, and at 11 pm. It’s very unorganized.
