The ND (Sharicka Brackens) has expressed her personal interest in hiring people of a particular race. It’s not necessarily a bad goal only she doesn’t do much in the background check department so we would often get people who are not qualified and were only hired because of their race or because of their personal background with said ND (Sharicka Brackens)
Just suggest avoiding this station at all costs.

She is great… it’s the GM that’s the issue

Low pay makes for disgruntled employees
The station is the only Gray station that doesn’t pay $18 an hour. The GM has made it clear we aren’t worth $18 and there for most of us make $13-$15 TOPS
