Ernie Paulson
Had a good relationship with them.
An Overall Toxic Work Environment
Management tolerates bad behavior and doesn't reward good behavior. Many long time staff members have quit since Ernie Paulson (News Director), Dean Travinski (Asst. News Director) and Kyle King (General Manager) have taken the helm. They don't recognize good talent when they see it and make good talent run out the door. This station has also been blacklisted from agency firms due to a number of reasons.

Ernie Paulson
Egotistical, Passive-Aggressive, Demeaning and a Bully.
An Overall Toxic Work Environment
Management is unprofessional, disorganized and highly demeaning to staff. It's the most unprofessional environment I've ever witnessed. Countless others have shared with me their exact sentiment. Additionally, this management team, comprised of four key players, will beat people down (emotionally) with ridicule, to no end, no matter how well one performs. Enter into a contract here at your own risk.
