Bad
An Overall Toxic Work Environment
ND and senior staff cut corners at all cost. Decent news judgement, but was more interested in clicks and sexy headlines that the rural market wasn't all that interested in. ND didn't trust his people and was a micromanager and most certainly played favorites. He has no people skills whatsoever and I have no idea how he was promoted to a manager level position because it was clear to everyone in the building he was not qualified in any sense of the word. Cars didn't work, gear was broken, reporters were always MMJ. Senior staff couldn't make decisions and didn't communicate things very well. Gray has no OT budget and never flat out tells you to work for free, but just expects you to work off the clock. Producers were told to clock breaks they never took. Took a crown jewel in the market and turned it into trash. Morale is extremely low.
All hail Lord Hilton Howell and his numerous watches and gold chains. While he gets rich, you get nothing. If you don't believe me, google image search him.
